Shelley L. Whitehead joined the firm as an associate in 2008 and has a practice focus in general civil litigation including insurance defense and premises liability.

While a law student at Southern University Law Center, Ms. Whitehead was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) Mock Trial Team, and was a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Civil Law Property. Ms. Whitehead is also the two-time recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.
